Between Core Systems Group Inc. ("Core") and any person who visits or uses myfowa.com, myfowa.org, flowsor.myfowa.com or any other Core-operated site (together, "the Site").

What this covers, and what it doesn't. These terms govern the public website: the marketing pages, the county and jurisdiction pages, the regulatory explainers, and the sign-up surfaces. They do not govern the platform itself. Once you hold an account, Agreement A, C, F or G governs what you do in it, and where these terms conflict with the agreement that governs your account, that agreement wins.

The Site is information, not advice. County requirements, submission destinations, fee amounts, deadlines and incentive programs are published as a general guide and change without notice from sixty-seven independent county health departments and two state agencies. Nothing on the Site is legal, engineering, financial or regulatory advice, and nothing on it creates a duty on Core to keep any published fact current. Confirm anything that matters with the authority that has jurisdiction over the property.

Acceptable use. You may read the Site and use it for its intended purpose. You may not: access it by automated means, crawl, scrape, harvest or bulk-extract any part of it; attempt to obtain records you have no right to see; probe, scan or test its security; circumvent any rate limit, paywall or access control; or ingest any content, record or dataset from it into a database, index or machine-learning training corpus.

Sign-in links. Access is by a one-time link sent to your email address. The link is credentials. Do not forward it. You are responsible for the security of the email account it is sent to and for anything done under a session opened from your link.

Our marks and our content. The Site, its text, layout, structure, checklist libraries, county data compilations and code are Core's, or licensed to Core. MyFOWApp and FLOWSOR are marks of Core Systems Group Inc. The Florida Onsite Wastewater Association name, logo and the "in partnership with FOWA" lockup are FOWA's, used under the partnership agreement between Core and FOWA, which also grants Core rights in the associated domain name. MyFOWApp is Core's own mark, and is distinct from the association's name.

Manufacturer material. Maintenance checklists are derived from published manufacturer service documentation and from county and state requirements. Manufacturer names and model designations are used to identify equipment. Core is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any manufacturer, and does not warrant that a checklist matches the current revision of a manufacturer's own procedure. The Entity remains responsible for servicing to the manufacturer's specification.

Anything you send us. Feedback, suggestions and bug reports you send through the Site may be used by Core freely and without obligation or payment. Content you submit through an account is governed by the agreement for that account, not by this clause.

Availability. The Site and the platform are provided on a best-efforts basis. There is no uptime commitment at this stage of the product, maintenance windows are not always announced, and features change.

Disclaimer and limitation. The Site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind to the extent Florida law allows. For a visitor who has paid Core nothing, Core's aggregate liability arising from use of the Site is limited to [$100]. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited at law.
